Processing & Dispatch
Orders placed before 3pm are processed and dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 3pm, or on weekends and holidays, are processed the following business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships, so you can follow its progress from our warehouse to your door.
All orders are packed with care and shipped in plain, unmarked, discreet packaging. There is no branding, product names, or indication of contents on the outside of the box, ensuring your privacy throughout the delivery process.
Age Verification at Delivery
Because we sell age-restricted products, all deliveries require age verification upon arrival. An adult signature from someone 21 years or older, along with a valid government-issued photo ID, may be required at the time of delivery. Please ensure someone who meets these requirements is available to receive the package.
If age verification cannot be completed at the time of delivery, the courier may leave a notice for redelivery or require pickup at a local depot. We recommend having your ID ready and choosing a delivery address where an eligible adult will be present.
Order Modification and Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist before your order is processed. We are only able to make changes or cancellations if the order has not yet been shipped. Once an order has entered the shipping process, we are unable to intercept or alter it.
If your order has already shipped and you wish to cancel, you will need to wait for the package to arrive and then return it to us before a refund can be issued. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs may apply depending on the circumstances of the return.
