Processing & dispatch
Orders placed before 3pm are dispatched the same business day. You will receive tracking by email once your order ships. All orders are sent in plain, discreet packaging.
Age verification at delivery
Because we sell age-restricted products, an adult signature (21+) and valid photo ID may be required at delivery.
Shipping restrictions
We cannot ship where the sale or delivery of vaping products is prohibited by law.
Order Modification and Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can make modifications only if the order has not yet been shipped. Once shipped, you’ll need to return the package before a refund can be issued. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
