 1. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. 

 2. Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind unless product is unopened and unused and customer covers return shipping

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned opened e-liquids, used devices, coils and consumables

4. Faulty Products

If a product is faulty, contact us within 5 days and provide proof of purchase and issue details. We will assess and provide a repair, replacement, or refund as required under ACL.

5. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

 6. Exclusions

Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear is not covered.
